Cancellation Policy

If it is deemed unsafe to proceed due to lightning or extreme weather conditions at the scheduled time, we will offer an alternative booking time for you and if it is not possible due to travel commitments to reschedule a voucher will be offered with an expiry of 12 months.

If a client/s cancels less than 24 hours before a lesson, only under extenuating circumstances will a refund be offered. Rescheduling will be considered.
